- Premium entries will incur an additional $300 fee.
- Entries are limited to 80 and acceptance will be determined by order of receipt.

Age bracket of each crew member (16-17, 18 plus).
Parental details and signature required for service crew aged 16-18 years.

Important Notes:

Three Pit Passes are provided as part of entry fee, three additional Pit Passes are available at $30 each and any further Pit Passes are available for $50 each.
A maximum of 10 pit passes allowed per entrant, charged as above.
All competing must sign the event entry disclaimer during Friday Competitor Check-in.

Ltd., promoters, sponsor organisations, land owners and lessees, organisers of the Event, their respective servants, Officials, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Associated Entities") from all liability for my death or personal injury (including burns and psychological trauma) howsoever arising from my participation in or attendance at the Event, except to the extent prohibited by law;

Ltd. and the Associated Entities do not make any warranty, implied or express, that the Event services will be provided with due care and skill or that any materials provided in connection with the services will be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and

• to attend or participate in the Event at my own risk. I acknowledge that Motor Sport is dangerous and that accidents causing death, personal injury, and disability can, and do happen. I also acknowledge and agree that neither Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty. Ltd., nor Winton Motor Raceway Pty. Ltd., nor the sponsor organisations, nor the land owners or lessees, nor the Organisers of the race Meeting/Event, nor their respective servants, Officials, representatives or agents (all of whom shall collectively be called "the Organisers"), shall be under any liability for my death, or any personal injury which may be sustained by me, as a result of participation in or being present at the Event. I understand that this disclaimer is not intended to exclude any valid claim I may have under the Australian Auto-Sport Alliance Pty. Ltd. Insurance Scheme.
