The Midfield King of The Dunes is on from Friday 23 — Saturday 24 February, at Discovery Bay Coastal Park (Swan Lake).
- Round 1 of the Victorian Off Road Championship
- Round 1 of the Victorian Inter Club Challenge
Hosted by the Portland Dune Buggy Club Inc.
Friday night 23rd February:
- Documentation for competitors opens 5pm
- Reconnaissance 6pm (1 x 4wd vehicle per competing team)
- Scrutineering 7-9pm
Saturday 24th February:
- Recon & scrutiny Saturday morning by appointment
- 2 x races of approx. 8 laps each
- First race 11am
Entries open: Sunday 28th January 7pm *entries are limited to 40 vehicles

Camping is available in the Dune Buggy Campground at no cost on race weekend for competitors, officials and spectators.
