Entry fee Club level $300.00
Entry fee State Championship $435.00

Entries are limited to 50 and acceptance will be determined in order of receipt.

Entries withdrawn before 7.30 pm 12th July 2024 by notification to the Event Secretary will receive a refund of all money less a $30 administration fee.

SELF SCRUTINY

There will be no scutiny at the event. Competitors will be required to Self Scrutinise their competition vehicles, apparel and safety devices and complete the Self-Scrutiny Checklist. These forms are then to be sent to waikerieoffroaders@gmail.com by midnight Tuesday 9th July. Failure to return the form may result in your entry declared void. Vehicle Logbooks/Passbooks are still required to be handed in at Check In and will be kept by the Chief Scrutineer until the end of competition.

CAMPING
Camping is permitted at track in designated areas only. There is NO camping in the pits. Camp fee for weekend is $20 per person and spectator only fee is $10 per person. Under 16 free

CATERING
Catering will be available ….Saturday Breakfast, lunch & Dinner ….. Sunday Breakfast & Lunch

FRIDAY 12th July 2024
4.00-5.00 pm Competing Crew / Officials / Media check in Event Headquarters, New Well Centre Road, Waikerie.

SATURDAY 13th July 2024

7.30-9.30 am Competing Crew / Officials / Media check in Event Headquarters
7.45 am Long Course Reconnaissance line up – In registered four wheel drives only
8.00 am Long Course Reconnaissance commences. No vehicles will be permitted to commence once the sweep car has left.

9.30 am Competing Crew sign on
9.45 am Competing Crew Briefing
10.00 am Short Course Reconnaissance line up – Competition vehicles only
10:15 am Short Course Reconnaissance commences. No vehicles will be permitted to commence once the sweep car has left.

10:30 am Short Course Reconnaissance CLOSE – Sweep vehicle departs
11.00 am Prologue line up
11:15 am Prologue. Seeding applications close 15 minutes after last car completes prologue

12:45 pm Section 1 line up
1:00 pm Section 1 commences. 5 Laps of a 12 km course. Starting 1 at a time at minimum 15 second intervals. Seeding applications close 15 minutes after last car completes Section 1

SUNDAY 14th July 2024
8.00-8.15 am Competing Crew sign on
9.00 am Vehicles line up in starting order
9.30 am Competition starts. 3 laps (CLUB LEVEL) or 5 laps (STATE LEVEL) of the 40 km long course starting 1 at a time at minimum 15 second intervals. NO service break for club level. State level have a compulsory 30 minute break after completion of their third lap. Presentation ASAP at completion of event at head quarters.
