The Riverland Enduro is back!

The Riverland Enduro is back!

The Waikerie Riverland Offroad Association (WRORA) are excited to have our event back for 2023!

After moving to our new location at New Well Station and then working through the change of land use requirements, it feels great that WRORA will again be hosting the Waikerie race as we look to rebuild the event to be one of the premium events on the offroad racing calendar. This year’s event will be held on the weekend of the 15th and 16th of July which is the middle weekend of the SA school holidays.

The event will be round one of the AORRA South Australian Off Road Racing Championship, which is a two round Championship with the iconic Pines Enduro in Millicent. The race is also Round 4 of the South Australian Offroad Racing Association Series (SAORRA).

We have been receiving enormous amounts of support and encouragement from sponsors, the community, and competitors. We would like to welcome aboard our new naming rights Sponsor Ramco Earthworx, who have helped out with a lot of track development work. Spectators are going to love the new features we have in the spectating area as well as the new format with short course racing on Saturday, which will have the cars in view a lot more than our old format. Our landowners the Collins Family of New Well and Viewmont Stations could not be more helpful in providing their property for this event.

Our event again has been supported by the Waikerie Hotel Motel as Dimond Sponsors and we encourage visitors to the region to show their support and use the fantastic facilities that the Waikerie Hotel Offers. We also must also mention our Titanium Sponsors Sutton Ford and Waikerie Toyota for their support, as well as our long list of Gold, Silver, Bronze and class sponsors, without them providing this support we could not put on the event we do.

Camping will be available at the track from Friday night through to Monday morning, Camping will be $15/person for those over 16. The racing will kick off from 11am on Saturday and from 9.30am Sunday. Spectators over the age of 16 will pay $10 admission at the gate. The event entrance is located on Meissner Road New Well (follow the signs)

AASA now has a single event Off Road License at a $50 so there is no reason why anyone would miss our event even if you don’t currently have a AASSA license.

The Weather has been giving us the goods with plenty of rainfall so track conditions are going to be perfect. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our event, the competitors and their crews, the spectators as well as the volunteers that so generously give their time to help make this event happen.
