STEP 1: 2025 Gundy 500 Event Registration and Payment
ENTRY DETAILS
Entries are limited to 100 and acceptance will be determined in order of receipt.
Entry OPEN Monday 7th July – 10:00am
Premium Entry OPEN Friday 25th July – Midnight
Premium Entry CLOSE Friday 1st August – Midnight
Entry Fees:
$1050 ARB AORRC (6 laps)
$800 ARB, Mickey Thompson Tires AORRA Queensland Off Road Racing Championship (4 Laps)
Premium entries will incur an additional $300 fee and may not be included in printed event documents
Step 1: Is completion of an online registration which will open on Monday 7th July 2025 at 10:00am AEST and will require the Drivers Name, email address, Car number and payment.
Step 2: Competing Crew Nomination—This will be emailed to you after you complete step 1. It must be submitted by Friday, August 1st , at midnight.
You will need to have .jpg (photo) or pdf file of the following to be uploaded with your entry.
File size of 500kb or smaller is preferred.
– Competition licence (screen shot/download from aasa.com.au portal)
– Affiliated club card (side that has name, membership number, expiry date)
– AASA Vehicle Passport (2 pages – passport number, owner and address)
– Temporary Passport Documentation (if required)
Step 3: Pit crew nomination emailed out on completion of step 2
Step 3 is pit crew nomination form which can be accessed after Step 2 Event Registration has been submitted. 4 pit crew passes are included in the entry fee and 6 additional pit crew are available at a cost of $15 each.
