ENTRY DETAILS

Entries are limited to 50 and acceptance will be determined in order of receipt.

Entry OPEN Monday 8th September 2025 at 8am ASCT

Early Entries Close Friday  26th September 2025 at 5pm ASCT

Late Entries Close Monday 6th October 2025 at 5pm ASCT

Entry Fees:

Early Entry fee $330.00 (incl GST)

Step 1:

Step 1 is completion of an online registration which will open on Monday 8th September 2025 at 8:00am ACST and will require the Drivers Name, email address, Car number and payment.

Payment via credit card (fees apply) or EFT

Step 2:

Step 2 is Competing Crew Nomination—This will be emailed to you after you complete step 1. It must be submitted by Monday 6th October 2025 at 5:00pm ACST.

You will need to have .jpg (photo) or pdf file of the following to be uploaded with your entry.

File size of 500kb or smaller is preferred. ­

–          AASA Competition licence (screen shot/download from aasa.com.au portal)

–          AORRA Affiliated club membership card (side that has name, membership number, expiry date)

–          AASA Vehicle Passport (2 pages – passport number, owner and address)

–          Temporary Passport Documentation (if required)

Step 3: 

Step 3 is pit crew nomination form which can be accessed after Step 1 Event Registration has been submitted.

Five Pit Passes are allowed per competitor.

Pit crew nomination form must be submitted by  5:00pm ASCT Monday 6th October 2025.

For insurance purposes, you are required to supply the following details for your crew.
– First and Last name for all crew
– Phone Number for all crew
– Postal address for all crew
– Age bracket of crew member (16-17, 18 plus), if under 18 then parental/guardian details are required
