Craig Krog and Steven Orr #23 have claimed a dramatic victory at the weekend’s 2026 Burdekin Enduro, Round 3 of the Queensland ARB Mickey Thompson Off Road Racing Championship, proudly supported by Rocks Farming Company.

In one of the most competitive line-ups in the 25-year history of the Burdekin Enduro, Krog and Orr powered their team’s V8 Razorback to a maiden outright triumph, finishing 3.48 minutes clear of their nearest challengers.

After the unfortunate last lap retirement of overnight leader Tony Fehlhaber #138 due to a broken CV, Krog seized the opportunity and went on to secure a memorable win – one that was very popular amongst his peers.

David Loughnan and Matthew Reed #104 drove their Class 1–winning Honey Badger to an impressive second outright at Burdekin, marking what is arguably Loughnan’s finest result in the Queensland AORRA Championship.

Nortrans Racing’s Seeton Battle and Nathan Cade #28 delivered one of the standout performances of the weekend, charging from 17th in the prologue to finish third outright after 240kms of racing.

Battle capped off his Sunday in style by setting the fastest final lap of the event, a result that will give him plenty of confidence heading into the remainder of the 2026 season in his V8 Element Prodigy.

Club President and Class 10 champion Michael Marson #1032 continued his terrific run of form to cross fourth outright in his single seat Racer, while Aaron Nicoll and Luke Peterson #665 finished a further nine seconds back in fifth with Class 6 honours.

Dave Muir and Ryan Olsen #433 held on for the Class 4 win and sixth outright in their V8 Geiser Bros Trophy Truck, with Rob and Lachlan Wearing #440 settling for second in class and seventh outright in their V8 Rush Truck.

Kelvyn Kruger and Nic Moseley #44 secured third in the Ultimate Class finishing in eighth, with Class 8 champions Justin Renew and Shawn Soper #808, and Class 7 winners Hank Parker and Matthew Lawless #798 rounding out the Burdekin top ten.

In other results, Tony Fehlhaber and Dylan Goodsir #138 finished second in Class 1, likewise Christopher Sollitt #1063 in Class 10. Jack and Mitchell Henderson #608 overcame a slow start to cross second in Class 6, outlasting Daniel Callinan #657 in third, with Ryan and Mitchell Jones #612s, Chris Colborne #169 and Chris Vowles #498 also collecting silverware.

After a chaotic Saturday that claimed several big names including Kent Battle #31, defending champ James Sant #50, five-time victor Talbot Cox #16, Brad Belcher #22, Kye Camilleri #34, Chris Land #80, and Ian Baker #146, Sunday also saw Tony Fehlhaber #138, Daniel Callinan #657, and Chris Vowles #498 bow out over the three lap section.
