The 3rd Round of the Southern States Off Road Club Challenge is set to roar into action this Saturday, May 16, at the GT Civil Mumbannar 160, with a strong field of competitors ready to tackle the Victorian course.

Current Southern States Off Road Club Challenge points leader #164 Daryl Nissen will be looking to continue his consistent run of results after an impressive performance at last year’s event, where he secured 2nd in Class and 7th Outright.

Another front-runner to watch will be #38 Dean Carter, who once again proved his pace in 2025 by claiming 2nd Outright for the second consecutive year. Meanwhile, #75 Glenn Pike is expected to return hungry for redemption after being forced to retire from last year’s event.

Class 10 will feature #1032 Jake England, who stormed to an impressive 5th Outright finish at last year’s Mumbannar event and will no doubt be aiming to climb even higher this weekend.

Class 2 is shaping up to be a fierce battle, with five contenders set to line up including reigning Class 2 winner #299 Lynda Miller. Class 3 will also see increased competition this year, with two additional entries joining last year’s sole Class 3 competitor, #371 Tim Walker.

The biggest field of the weekend belongs to Class 6, with eight competitors ready to battle it out for class honours. Returning to defend her crown is reigning Class 6 winner #668 Chloe Swatton, following #657 Daniel Gibson and #666 Aiden Campagnolo.
