The countdown to another incredible season of off road racing has officially begun, with the 2027 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship calendar now confirmed.

Five premier events across three states will once again see Australia’s best drivers and teams battle it out for championship honours, with a brand-new event making its debut on the national stage.

The biggest addition to the 2027 calendar is Round 2 – The Mac 500, hosted by the South East Queensland Off Road Racing Association at St George, Queensland. The event is set to provide competitors with a fresh challenge and an exciting new venue as the title fight heads north following the season opener.

The championship begins on 19–21 March with The Gap 440 at Hillston, New South Wales, hosted by the Griffith Offroad Club. A proven favourite among competitors, Hillston provides the perfect setting to kick off the championship before teams make the journey to Queensland for the new-look Round 2.

Following The Mac 500, competitors head to South Australia for The Riverland Enduro at Waikerie on 9–11 July, before returning to Queensland for one of Australia’s most iconic off road races, The Gundy 500 at Goondiwindi on 6-8 August.

The championship will conclude in South Australia with The Pines Enduro at Millicent from 24–26 September, where the 2027 champions will be crowned after another demanding season of endurance racing.

With a brand-new championship venue, the return of some of Australia’s most respected off road events, and another season of high-speed endurance racing ahead, the 2027 ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship is shaping up to be one of the most exciting yet.

The ARB Australian Off Road Racing Championship would like to thank its sponsors for their continued generosity, ARB 4×4 Accessories, Mickey Thompson Tires, Raceline Wheels, and AORRA.

Competitors, teams and fans are encouraged to lock the dates into their calendars now and prepare for another unforgettable year of Australian off road racing.
